JEWELERY CARE

PRACTICAL OBSERVATIONS FOR THE CARE OF OUR JEWELRY
We advise you to remove your jewelery before going to sleep, before practicing any type of sport, before washing your hands and avoiding using corrosive products. It is also good practice to avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes, water, soaps, detergents, chlorine, prolonged exposure to the sun, salt water, proximity to heat sources and temperature changes (such as spa places ) which can damage the silver surface, finishes and precious stones irreversibly.
HOW TO STORE SILVER
If not worn, it is good practice to store jewelery in its original packaging, to avoid oxidation. A good habit to preserve their brilliance is to store them in clean and dry places, away from sources of excessive heat. To prevent shocks and friction we recommend storing jewelery separately. Jewelery that has surface treatments such as galvanic are subject to natural wear, we therefore recommend being careful with cosmetics and perfumes based on alcohol, chlorine and sun.
Also to be taken into consideration is the reaction with the skin's pH, which is subjective for each person, both in terms of acidity and in attention to personal use.

HOW TO CLEAN SILVER
You can wash silver jewelery by immersing it in a basin of hot water with a delicate detergent or simply clean it with a special commercially available polishing cloth useful for cleaning jewellery. For jewelery with stones, we recommend using warm water and neutral detergents for washing, a soft, smooth cloth for drying, and avoiding rubbing.
After washing your jewelry, remember to dry it with extreme care because humidity could cause it to oxidize.
We recommend not to over-polish jewels with finishes such as burnishing or galvanic so as not to reduce their effect.
We absolutely advise against using specific products for cleaning silver and cloths soaked in abrasive substances on all products with a galvanic finish. These products could ruin the effect and speed up the deterioration process until the treatment completely disappears.
